AdventHealth Hendersonville is seeking an hourly Front Desk/Medical Office role to support patient flow in a day-shift schedule. You will greet patients, verify insurance, collect payments, schedule appointments, and assist with record requests and referrals in a friendly, professional environment.

High school graduate required with 1+ year related experience preferred. On-site position at Hendersonville, NC with a daytime schedule and competitive pay range.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates medical record requests accurately and timely.
• Assists with daily closing procedures.
• Greets and directs patients in a friendly, welcoming, and timely manner.
• Answers the telephone and handles calls professionally.
• Schedules and confirms patient appointments to minimize no-show rates.
• Obtains and distributes medical records and patient information for care needs.
• Verifies insurance coverage and obtains authorizations.
• Collects copays and payments at the time of service.
• Establishes patient payment plans as needed.
• Processes patient referrals accurately and timely.
