Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a compassionate Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) for an inpatient unit in Great Falls, MT. This hospital-based role offers full-time, on-site employment across multiple shifts and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive nursing care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation. Active Montana RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS are required or obtainable within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN preferred).
• Active Montana RN license or compact endorsement eligibility.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS active or must be obtained within 6 months.
• New graduates welcome; Med/Surg or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment to discharge).
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team and leadership to improve outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide support and education.
• Provide directional guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and support staff on the floor.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient status and care.
