Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medical/Surgical unit in Great Falls, MT. The on-site, full-time role offers robust nurse-to-patient ratios and a supportive hospital environment.

Responsibilities include full nursing care, collaboration with the care team, and detailed patient education. Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required or must be obtained within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active Montana RN license (or compact/endorsement).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications active or within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or surgical needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide support and education.
• Provide clinical leadership to LPNs, CNAs, and support staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic health documentation and discharge planning.
