SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for Med/Surg in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role offers multiple shift options and a supportive inpatient environment with strong nurse-to-patient ratios.

You will deliver comprehensive care across pediatric and adult patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and lead on the floor while maintaining thorough documentation and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program; ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Active Montana RN license or eligible via compact/endorsement.
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications or willing to obtain within 6 months.
• No minimum experience required; Med/Surg or Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong IV skills, basic computer literacy, and nursing fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Provide comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients with acute conditions or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing support and education.
• Serve as a clinical leader on the floor for LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records reflecting status, treatments, and discharges.
