Top Echelon Software LLC is partnering with a regional healthcare system to recruit full-time, on-site Medical/Surgical RNs for the inpatient unit in Great Falls, Montana. Multiple shifts available and a supportive unit with favorable nurse-to-patient ratios.

This role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork across disciplines, and professional development in a hospital setting. Eligible candidates include ADN-educated RNs with MT licensure; BSN preferred; certifications required within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Active MT RN license or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS active or must be completed within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: No minimum; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Core skills: solid nursing principles, IV insertion/management, basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or pre-/post-surgical needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, the Acute Care Director, and the Charge Nurse to achieve outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing physical, emotional, and educational support.
• Act as clinical floor leader, supporting LPNs, CNAs, housekeeping, and dietary staff.
• Maintain thorough, accurate electronic health documentation and discharge coordination.
