You will provide comprehensive care for pediatric and adult patients, collaborate with the care team, and maintain accurate electronic health records. Strong clinical leadership and dedication to quality care are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN required; BSN preferred).
• Active, unrestricted RN licensure in Montana (or immediate compact/endorsement).
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS active or completed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical conditions or undergoing pre/post-surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families, providing physical, emotional, and educational support while maintaining standards.
• Act as a clinical leader on the floor, guiding LPNs, CNAs, housekeeping, and dietary staff.
• Maintain thorough electronic health documentation and discharge coordination.
