United Future is seeking compassionate Medical/Surgical Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their inpatient team in Great Falls, Montana. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes high-quality patient care within a hospital setting, supported by strong nurse-to-patient ratios and a collaborative leadership team.

Qualifications include ADN, Montana RN license or compact eligibility, BLS/ACLS/PALS current or within 6 months of hire. New grads are welcome; multiple shifts available.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Montana RN license or immediate compact/endorsement eligibility.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS active or to be completed within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: No minimum; new grads welcome; Med/Surg or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care using the full nursing process.
• Provide care for pediatric and adult patients with acute or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and leadership to optimize patient outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Serve as a floor leader guiding LPNs, CNAs, and other staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation.
