Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Montana RN license or immediate endorsement eligibility.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS active or within 6 months of hire.
• Experience: Medical/Surgical or Pediatric nursing preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide care for pediatric and adult patients with acute medical or perioperative needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and families, ensuring education and support.
• Serve as a clinical leader on the floor and support other staff.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and discharge coordination.
