Serenity Aesthetics & Wellness in San Francisco's Union Square seeks an organized Assistant Manager to support the Practice Manager. This role anchors back-office operations — inventory, reporting, staff scheduling, and administrative processes to keep the clinic running smoothly.

The ideal candidate thrives on detail, maintains confidentiality, and coordinates with vendors, payroll, and HR tasks while enabling clinicians to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of administrative or office management experience in medical/healthcare settings.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and ability to create clear reports from raw data.
• Experience supporting payroll processes and staff scheduling.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Trustworthy, discreet, with sound judgment handling confidential information.
• Proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently.
• Experience with Zenoti is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track inventory levels for medical supplies, injectables, skincare products, and retail items.
• Build and maintain reports (revenue, provider performance, utilization, sales).
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure daily coverage.
• Support payroll entries and onboarding paperwork; maintain personnel files.
• Oversee office supplies, vendor contracts, and facilities coordination.
