Job summary

Serenity Aesthetics & Wellness in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a warm, hospitality-minded Front Desk Associate to deliver a luxury patient experience from the first phone call through every visit.

Greet clients, schedule appointments, educate on treatments and packages, and drive bookings and retail. This on-site role in Burlingame requires excellent service, teamwork, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a customer-facing role in hospitality, luxury retail, or sales.
• Sales or lead-conversion experience is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of medical aesthetics and skincare is highly desired.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a confident, friendly phone presence.
• Natural ability to build connections and guide conversations toward a booking or purchase.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in email, scheduling software, and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Client Interaction

• Patient Engagement
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new leads, responding promptly and warmly to phone calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries.
  • Build rapport quickly, understand each caller’s goals, and confidently convert inquiries into booked consultations and appointments.
  • Educate patients on treatments, services, packages, and skincare products, helping guide them toward the best options for their goals.
  • Confidently present pricing, treatment packages, and memberships, and help patients commit to plans that support their long-term results.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients through thoughtful follow-up after consultations and treatments to encourage rebooking and loyalty.
  • Contribute to clinic goals for bookings, package sales, and retail.
• Administrative Duties
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Direct phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and manage patient flow efficiently.
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Facility Maintenance
  • Perform opening and closing duties, as required, for the MedSpa.
  • Ensure lounge areas are tidy and welcoming for clients.

Experience with Zenoti software is a plus.
