The ideal candidate has 2+ years in medical/spa or luxury retail, with 4+ years preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinic Manager in all aspects of clinic operations to align with standards and procedures.
• Help meet and exceed monthly revenue goals set by leadership.
• Monitor clinic goals like revenue, margins, and client flow.
• Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing and diverse team.
• Provide training and 1:1 coaching to staff to drive client loyalty and brand awareness.
