SkinSpirit in San Francisco Noe Valley is seeking an Assistant Clinic Manager to support the clinic leader, ensuring smooth daily operations, outstanding client service, and staff empowerment. This role drives growth while upholding our commitment to personalized skincare.

You will lead by example on the floor, recruit and develop a diverse team, manage revenue goals, monitor performance, and address client feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly desired; HS Diploma/GED required
• 2+ years of relevant experience in medical/spa, luxury retail, hospitality, or similar
• Experience leading and coaching diverse teams
• Positive attitude and growth mindset
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Fluent computer and phone skills; MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinic Manager in sales, customer service, employee management and administrative duties to standards
• Help meet and exceed monthly revenue goals set by leadership
• Monitor clinic goals: revenue, margins, practitioner sales, discounts, budgets, and new/return clients
• Recruit, retain and develop a high-performing and diverse team
• Support staff growth through 1:1 touch bases and training
• Lead on-floor for client loyalty and brand awareness through superior service
• Address client feedback; report to management and share with staff
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality with clients and staff
• Improve systems, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency
• Assist leadership with additional tasks or duties as requested
