Attune Wellness Med Spa is seeking an experienced Wellness Concierge to join our Stamford flagship and Greenwich clinic. You will welcome clients, manage the front desk, and guide them through the treatment journey with a warm, elevated, and sales-savvy approach.

The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, enjoys hospitality, and can grow store revenue through client retention, education, and upselling while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a reception/front desk role in med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or luxury service.
• Forward-facing sales enthusiast with passion for skincare, aesthetics, and wellness.
• Strong sales acumen: educate clients, recommend services/products, and drive retail, memberships, and rebooking.

Responsibilities

• Represent Attune values and culture while knowing services, pricing, and policies.
• Serve as front-facing brand ambassador from check-in to check-out.
• Proficient with Zenoti for scheduling, client profiles, memberships, POS, and reporting; assist with revenue balancing and invoicing.
