Job summary

It's A Secret Med Spa in Austin, Texas is seeking a Client Concierge to provide exceptional service and support within our elite medical spa. You'll warmingly greet clients, manage front desk duties, and help maintain a positive experience while ensuring all client and appointment records are managed effectively.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a desire to be part of a team committed to enhancing client satisfaction through professional service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience (1 year).
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends.
• Previous experience working in a med spa or medical office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greeting clients in person and over the phone.
• Manage front desk duties such as checking patients in/out.
• Maintain a clean and professional environment throughout the facility.
