Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent technical certification in mechatronics or related field.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency reading electrical schematics, hydraulic blueprints, and PLC ladder logic; experience with multi-axis robotics.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on automated production machinery and lines.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, and program industrial robots for welding, material handling, or assembly.
• Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, sensors, drives, and PLCs (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, Omron).
• Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems, valves, cylinders, pumps, and actuators.
• Analyze root causes during downtime and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement with engineering to optimize cycles and OEE.
