Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical Technology, or related field or equivalent apprenticeship/technical certification.
• Experience: 2+ years of maintenance in high-volume manufacturing (Tier 1 automotive or OEM preferred).
• Technical Skills: reading electrical schematics, hydraulic blueprints, and PLC ladder logic; multi-axis robotics; industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, DeviceNet).

Responsibilities

• Automotive line maintenance on high-volume automated production machinery and lines.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, and program industrial robots (FANUC, YASKAWA, KUKA).
• Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, sensors, drives, and PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron).
• Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems; valves, cylinders, pumps, actuators.
• Perform rapid root-cause analysis during breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Support continuous improvement, OEE, and control upgrades; ensure safety and quality compliance (IATF16949, ISO14001, OSHA).
