Zusammenfassung

Cooper Standard on-site maintenance technician role focusing on automated production lines and robotics. Responsible for corrective and preventive maintenance, electrical/PLC troubleshooting, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Teamwork with engineering for improvements and strict adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and OSHA Lockout/Tagout policies.

Qualifikationen

2+ years of maintenance experience in high-volume manufacturing.
Experience in Tier 1 automotive or OEM preferred.
Proficiency reading electrical schematics and hydraulic blueprints.
Knowledge of PLC ladder logic.

Aufgaben

Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on automated production machinery.
Troubleshoot, calibrate, and program industrial robots.
Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, sensors, drives, PLCs.
Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems; valves, cylinders, pumps, actuators.
Support continuous improvement and OEE initiatives.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OSHA Lockout/Tagout.
Read blueprints and drawings; follow written and verbal instructions.
Provide training on maintenance or electronic control systems as needed.
