Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Build For Growth Mechanical Engineer I at the Paulding Cement Plant in Ohio. This role supports equipment operation and maintenance, and participates in the 14-month Build4Growth program designed to give new graduate engineers foundational knowledge across cement plant operations.

The candidate will work with suppliers and plant staff to ensure reliability, monitor maintenance systems, perform root-cause analyses, and help improve MTBF while upholding safety standards and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 0-3 years work experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 5% of the time.
• Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and environmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and maintenance of plant equipment.
• Develop, implement and monitor CBM programs.
• Create and maintain PMRs and BOMs for new equipment.
• Manage preventive/predictive maintenance activities and analyses.
• Coordinate SAP PMR activities with maintenance planners.
• Provide training to maintenance staff on reliability concepts.
