Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Build For Growth Mechanical Engineer I at the Paulding Cement Plant in Ohio. You will support operation and maintenance of plant equipment, implement CBM programs, and contribute to reliability improvements while growing through the Build4Growth program.

Educational requirements include a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. 0–3 years of experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for this role.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–3 years work experience in mechanical engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and maintenance of plant equipment.
• Create, implement, and monitor CBM programs.
• Assist in PMRs and BOMs for new equipment.
• Contribute to reliability improvements and MTBF goals.
• Coordinate SAP PMR-related tasks with maintenance planners.
• Provide training and development support for maintenance teams.
