Job summary

Amrize North America is hiring a Build For Growth Mechanical Engineer I at the Whitehall Cement Plant in PA. You will support operation and maintenance of plant equipment and help create and monitor Condition Based Maintenance programs.

The Build4Growth program is a 16-month learning and development track giving new graduate engineers core exposure across maintenance, reliability, and process improvements, with hands-on projects and blended learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Field of Study: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• 0-3 years work experience.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
• Travel: 5%+

Responsibilities

• Support operation and maintenance of plant equipment.
• Monitor and improve reliability-based maintenance programs.
• Assist in creating PMRs and BOMs for new equipment.
• Coordinate PMR optimization and SAP-related tasks with planners.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff.
