Job summary

You will collaborate with engineering teams, develop concepts for new and improved commercial HVAC products, and address complex technical problems to drive sustainable product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 2+ years in product design, validation testing, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer requirements by documenting and prioritizing needs.
• Apply technical expertise to validate design choices for various applications.
• Participate on project teams to meet performance, reliability, cost and schedule goals.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation: 3D models, BOMs, drawings, specs.
• Conduct design FMEAs and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Domestic and international travel up to 10% may be required.
