Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences (BS) in Engineering Discipline.
• 2+ years experience contributing to technical aspects of product design, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work effectively across engineering, design, operations, and manufacturing teams.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in HVAC, air handling equipment, or related engineered product environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet internal and external customers' needs by documenting and prioritizing requirements.
• Apply technical expertise to solve design problems and gauge product applicability.
• Participate on project teams to meet performance, reliability, cost and schedule objectives.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, including 3D models, bills of materials, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct design FMEAs; develop and execute risk mitigation plans.
• Domestic and international travel may be required, ~10%.
• Support design reviews, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, quality, and product management to support business objectives.
• Support year-over-year cost and margin improvement initiatives.
