Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BS) required.
• 2+ years of experience in product design, validation testing, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work across engineering, design, operations, and manufacturing teams.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects.
• Experience in HVAC or related environments preferred; proficiency with standard engineering software.

Aufgaben

• Meet the needs of internal and external customers by documenting and prioritizing requirements.
• Apply technical expertise to solve design problems for HVAC products.
• Participate on project teams to meet performance, reliability, cost and schedule objectives.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, including 3D models, BOMs, drawings, and specs.
• Conduct design FMEAs and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Travel domestically and internationally; estimated travel up to 10%.
• Support safe, reliable, and manufacturable designs through risk assessments and design reviews.
• Identify and implement design improvements to enhance quality and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to incorporate DFM principles and support validation.
