Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Meat Manager to lead the Meat & Seafood team, focusing on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. You will assist in department merchandising, inventory control, and staff development in a fast-paced, store environment.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. This position offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth within Sprouts' busy

Competenze

2+ years grocery retail meat dept experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
Good math skills and attention to weights and measures.
Able to stand long periods and lift up to 90 lbs.

Mansioni

Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality and team supervision.
Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction and teamwork.
Assist in hiring, teaching, training and developing the Meat & Seafood team.
Enforce safety, health, and sanitation guidelines and company practices.
