Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Meat & Seafood Manager to guide a busy team in delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. This role supports the Meat & Seafood Manager with merchandising, inventory control, and staff development in a fast-paced store environment.

You will contribute to safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction while ensuring freshness and compliance with company standards.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years old with basic math, weights and measures knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years professional experience with 2–3 years grocery retail experience in Meat department is highly preferred.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with ability to interact with customers.

Mansioni

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Meat & Seafood team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Assist in hiring, teaching, training and developing the Meat & Seafood team.
