Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Meat Manager to support the Meat & Seafood department. You will help lead a busy team, ensure product quality, manage inventory and assist in merchandising to deliver fresh, high-quality options for customers.

The role emphasizes coaching staff, maintaining safety standards, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced store setting. Join a growing retailer committed to healthy eating and community engagement.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years professional experience; grocery retail Meat department experience preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 90 lbs. and operate meat equipment.

Mansioni

• Assist Meat & Seafood Manager in supervising department operations.
• Manage ordering, inventory controls, product quality and team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising and sales through planning and communication.
• Assist in hiring, teaching and developing the Meat & Seafood team.
