Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience, with 2–3 years in grocery meat department preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old with basic math skills.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor and strong customer interaction skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 90 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in department merchandising and staffing.
• Lead and develop Meat & Seafood team to ensure freshness and quality.
• Oversee ordering, inventory, and adherence to safety and sanitation policies.
