Sprouts Farmers Market in Los Angeles is seeking an Assistant Meat Manager to lead one of the busiest teams in our store. You will support the Meat & Seafood Manager, drive quality, service, and freshness, and ensure safe, efficient department operations.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, inventory control, and maintaining sanitation standards while delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of meat and seafood products and preparation techniques.
• Proven leadership experience managing a grocery department or team.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to teach others.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Meat & Seafood Manager in staffing, merchandising, and department productivity.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and team supervision.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
• Help lead a team to deliver high quality product and great customer experience.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Meat & Seafood staff.
