Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Meat & Seafood Manager to lead the Meat & Seafood Department, drive sales, and ensure top quality and service. You will manage cutting lists, inventory, and staff performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires leadership experience, meat-cutting expertise, and strong customer service focus to support healthy living in our communities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have basic math, weights and measures knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years’ meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant industry including leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, and rotation of merchandise and displays.
• Coach and develop team members with feedback and performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings and manage scheduling and staffing levels.
• Recruit and promote staff in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Address employee concerns and take corrective actions when needed.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and exceptional service.
