Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years meat cutting experience with leadership.
• Able to stand for long periods in a temperature controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and displays.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings and participate in hiring/promotions decisions in collaboration with Store Manager.
• Address team concerns with independent judgment and manage performance with HR support.
• Create and adjust schedules to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Communicate standards, policy changes, and product knowledge to the team.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and excellent customer service.
• Serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed.
