Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Meat & Seafood Manager to oversee sales and operations of the Meat & Seafood Department. The role emphasizes coaching a team, managing cutting lists, ordering, receiving, and ensuring optimal product quality and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant industry, with leadership responsibilities.
• Must be able to stand up to 4 hours continuously and 8 hours per shift; lift/carry up to 90 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to meet department goals and maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise.
• Coach and develop team members through feedback and performance reviews.
• Maintain scheduling to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Lead a team to deliver high quality product and customer service.
