Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Meat & Seafood Manager to lead the department's sales and operations, ensuring high quality products and exceptional customer service. You will manage cutting lists, inventory, and staff performance in a fast-paced store environment.

The role requires 2 years of meat-cutting experience with leadership, flexibility for shifts, and strong teamwork to deliver the best customer experience. DailyPay options and generous benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 2 year’s meat cutting experience in the grocery or restaurant industry including leadership experience
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a temperature controlled environment
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 90 lbs and operate equipment as needed
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and displays.
• Coach and evaluate team members through feedback and performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire and promote in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Create schedules to maximize productivity and communicate standards to the team.
