Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Meat & Seafood Manager to lead the department's sales and operations. Responsibilities include planning cutting lists, ensuring proper receiving and rotation, and driving high standards of service.

You will coach team members, participate in performance reviews, and collaborate with the Store Manager on hiring and promotions, while maintaining productivity and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant industry with leadership experience.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to meet department goals.
• Ensure correct receiving, storage, and rotation of merchandise.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings and participate in staff development.
• Recruit, hire, and promote staff in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Lead by example to deliver quality product and excellent service.
