Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Meat & Seafood Manager to lead the sales and operation of the Meat & Seafood Department, including planning, ordering, cutting, and ensuring product quality.

You will coach and develop team members, manage schedules, and collaborate with Store Manager on staffing and promotions, delivering exceptional service and fresh, high-quality products to customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant settings including leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and evaluate team members and participate in performance discussions.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to meet department goals and maximize gross profit.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, rotation, and display of meat and seafood merchandise.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; participate in staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews.
