Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Meat & Seafood Manager to drive sales, quality, and customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You will lead a team, coach members, and manage cutting, ordering, receiving, and rotation of meat products.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant with leadership experience.
• Be capable of standing for long periods and handling heavy objects safely.
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation of meat & seafood.
• Coach and evaluate team members; participate in bi-annual performance reviews.
• Attend in-store meetings and assist with hiring decisions with Store Manager.
• Lead scheduling and staffing; uphold product standards and service levels.
