Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, LLC is seeking a Meat & Seafood Manager to oversee the department's sales and operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will plan cutting lists, manage inventory, and drive store profitability while coaching team members to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with basic math, weights and measures knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery/restaurant with leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists; process meat to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, rotation of merchandise and displays.
• Lead and coach team members; participate in performance reviews and staffing decisions.
• Serve as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed; communicate standards and product knowledge.
