Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Meat & Seafood Manager to lead the department, optimize product quality, and drive customer service excellence. You will coach a team, manage cutting lists, and ensure efficient operations with daily attention to scheduling, inventory, and merchandising.

The role requires hands-on meat cutting experience, leadership, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a basic knowledge of math, weights and measures.
• Minimum of 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant industry including leadership experience.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 90 lbs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Possess working knowledge of personnel reports, margin reports, weekly sales numbers and financial goals.

Aufgaben

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit.
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and displays.
• Coach and develop team members; conduct bi-annual performance reviews and merit increases as needed.
• Attend and participate in in-store meetings and manage promotions and transfers with Store Manager.
• Act as a Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed; lead scheduling and staffing decisions.
• Communicate standards and product knowledge to team members; drive high quality product and customer service.
