Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years meat cutting experience in grocery or restaurant with leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to maximize sales and gross profit
• Ensure correct ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation of merchandise
• Coach and develop team members; conduct bi-annual performance reviews
• Attend in-store meetings; recruit and promote staff
• Lead scheduling and staffing; act as Manager on Duty when needed
• Communicate standards and product knowledge to staff
• Deliver high quality product and customer service
• Serve as Key Carrier or MOD as needed
