• Able to engage and coach team members and participate in performance reviews.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan, order, and prepare cutting lists to meet department goals.
• Ensure correct receiving, storage, and rotation of meat and seafood products.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate team members; support merit decisions with reviews.
• Attend store meetings and participate in scheduling and staffing decisions.
• Communicate standards and product knowledge to staff; deliver top service.
• Act as Key Carrier or Manager on Duty as needed; manage performance with HR.
• Drive profitability by optimized scheduling and productivity.
• Lead a team to provide the highest quality products and customer experience.
