Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of meat cutting experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• English reading/writing/speaking ability; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the meat department to meet and exceed metric goals.
• Order, merchandise, and maintain control of shrink.
• Coach and train team members on meat tasks.
• Ensure proper meat handling, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare, wrap, weigh, and price cuts; rotate inventory as needed.
• Maintain displays and signage to maximize sales.
