Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stock meat cases with product, facing, and pricing as per department guidelines.
• Maintain clean meat aisles, storage, and work areas; ensure safety and organization.
• Monitor temperature control and proper dating procedures for meat/seafood items.
• Assist customers with purchases, information, and product selection; upsell where appropriate.
• Operate meat department equipment safely (knives, scales, wrappers and related tools).
• Prepare specialty meat/seafood products per Fresh Thyme recipes and standards.
