Dragos is seeking a Customer Success Manager for MEA to act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey. You will drive adoption, ensure satisfaction, and align Dragos solutions with client goals, bridging gaps between customers and internal teams for world-class delivery.

You will manage renewals, conduct business reviews, and collaborate with Sales and Professional Services to ensure a seamless experience across regions, including travel up to 30%.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in cybersecurity, enterprise SaaS, or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with ICS, OT security, or critical infrastructure environments is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with MEA clients and understanding regional business practices and cultures.
• Multilingual candidates, particularly those speaking Arabic, English and French, are highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for customers in the MEA region.
• Drive onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Dragos solutions.
• Define success criteria with customers and help them achieve measurable outcomes.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess value realization and expansion opportunities.
• Relay customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Manage renewals and support customer retention efforts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Support for a seamless experience.
• Travel across the region to build relationships and drive engagement (up to 30%).
• Monitor customer health metrics and act to ensure account stability and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute at-risk account recovery plans.
