Job summary

Dragos, Inc. seeks a dedicated post-sales technical manager to lead a federal CX team, ensuring customers adopt and realize value from the Dragos Platform. You will mentor SMEs, translate complex security details into business outcomes, and collaborate with engineering, product, and sales.

This remote-first role requires CONUS citizenship, up to 25% travel, and a preference for SECRET/TOP SECRET clearance. A strong focus on metrics, processes, and customer success is essential.

Qualifications

• Lead a customer-facing team and drive post-sales success.
• Experience in security at industrial sectors (energy/manufacturing).
• Experience with SIEM technologies such as Splunk or Elastic.
• Advanced skills in network traffic analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects; highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and coach a federal post-sales team for customer success.
• Elevate team members and fill educational gaps as needed.
• Develop understanding of Dragos Platform capabilities and industry challenges.
• Establish relationships with senior customer stakeholders and understand their needs.
• Act as escalation point between customers and internal teams.
• Identify customer use cases and ensure action to operationalize value.
• Guide platform development to address technical requirements for adoption.
• Participate in roadmap planning and release cycles.
• Improve frameworks, methodologies, and tools for team growth and scalability.
• Establish KPIs and report performance to leadership.
• Champion AI to improve team performance and operationalize use cases.
