Dragos, a global leader in xOT cybersecurity, seeks a Customer Success Manager for Europe to serve as a trusted advisor post-sale. You will drive onboarding, adoption, and renewal efforts, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Sales to maximize value.

This remote-first role supports customers across Europe and travel up to 30% as needed. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CS/AM within cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS, familiarity with ICS/OT environments, and strong stakeholder management

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with EUROPE clients and regional business practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the post-sales point of contact for customers in Europe.
• Drive onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Dragos solutions.
• Define success criteria with customers and achieve measurable outcomes.
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess value and expansion opportunities.
• Manage renewals and support customer retention.
• Travel across Europe up to 30% and ensure a seamless customer experience.
