Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or relevant work experience.
• 3+ years in client service and relationship building within cable, real estate, or related industries.
• Experience creating or executing marketing programs with multi-dwelling unit owners.
• Familiarity with operations and marketing in the cable industry.

Aufgaben

• Implement Spectrum’s marketing initiatives at properties using onsite collateral and digital campaigns.
• Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including promoting Spectrum Internet as an amenity.
• Launch targeted email campaigns to residents and support upgrades with PMs and systems.
• Collaborate with sales to transition upgrades and renew agreements.
• Serve as primary account owner and liaison for client requests across portfolios.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain timely follow-up on leads.
