Job summary

GFiber is seeking a Senior Director of MDU Sales to oversee the Central Sales team. This role drives MDU penetration growth across markets, aligns strategy with field operations, and leads data-driven decision making to boost customer happiness and retention.

You will build sales plans, review contracts, partner with operations, manage key relationships in multiple metros, and design incentive programs. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of direct leadership experience in sales or operations.
• Experience presenting data and strategy-based recommendations to executive leadership.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 10 years of direct leadership experience in sales/operations (preferred).
• Experience in telecom/ISP or related B2B2C environments (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive MDU penetration growth with market teams and execute sales strategies within MDUs.
• Own MDU penetration growth for new and aged properties.
• Present data-driven strategies and recommendations to leadership and implement them.
• Build out sales plans that measure sales efforts and outcomes.
• Review and manage all contract agreements with clear communication.
• Collaborate with technical and network operations to sustain a healthy network.
• Grow and maintain relationships with key partners across metro areas.
• Own and improve residential direct sales strategy with local management.
• Ensure monthly sales targets with staffing, deployment, and training.
• Develop frontline policies to protect and grow employees and business.
• Oversee and optimize commission plans and incentive programs.
