Job summary

Dobson Fiber is seeking an MDU Account Executive to drive growth of its MDU business and maximize Uptake within the MDU segment to support residential expansion. You will lead negotiations, presentations, and contracts with property owners to secure long-term ROE, Bulk, and Trade/Marketing agreements.

You will also assess customer concerns, leverage market insights to identify opportunities, manage the contract process from first conversation through retention, and coordinate community

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside field sales with quota attainment in B2B or MDU.
• At least 1 year drafting and negotiating proposals and contracts.
• Proven ability to build relationships with developers, property managers and residents.

Responsibilities

• Increase MDU uptake and customer acquisition.
• Develop and present proposals and contracts with MDU owners.
• Manage MDU contract process from first contact through retention.
• Coordinate community engagement and logistics to improve customer experience.
• Track and exceed MDU acquisition targets.
• Attend real estate and multi-family industry events.
• Liaise with market research firms and trade associations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support product viability and economics.
