GFiber is seeking a Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) Sales Executive in Chicago, IL to drive the sales pipeline by prospecting and managing partnerships with property owners, developers, HOAs, and other stakeholders. You will own relationships with gFiber partners and work to grow inventory and enroll new residential and commercial sites.

You will leverage sales experience to manage contracts, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and close opportunities to deliver high-speed internet to communities.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of sales negotiations experience.
• 2 years of experience with contracts or access agreements.
• 2 years of funnel management in a 30 to 90 day sale cycle.

Aufgaben

• Own relationships with gFiber partners who own portfolios of properties; drive inventory growth.
• Build and manage the sales funnel through prospecting and networking.
• Explain the gFiber network to residential and commercial clients.
• Coordinate site surveys and customer acquisition tasks with Head of Sales.
• Attend HOA or property meetings and networking events as needed.
