Fidium Fiber is seeking a driven MDU Account Executive to sell fiber services to multifamily properties. This remote role focuses on acquiring new MDUs, managing existing accounts, and driving growth through strategic sales and partnerships.

You will build relationships with property managers, HOA boards and developers, delivering tailored proposals and negotiating rights of entry. The role requires travel up to 50% and a strong track record in sales within the telecommunications space.

Qualifikationen

• Dynamic, adaptable candidate with entrepreneurial spirit and income drive.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience selling to MDU/telecom is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Meet with property management to assess needs, propose solutions and negotiate MDU deals.
• Negotiate ROE with owners, HOAs and PMCs.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified MDU prospects via cold calls, canvassing and referrals.
• Deliver sales presentations to decision-makers showcasing Fidium Fiber products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end sales and installation.
• Document sales activities and provide reports; meet/exceed sales targets.
