Qualifikationen

• RN license currently held with state board of nursing, or multi-state licensure.
• Experience with senior population is preferred.

• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate nursing staff activities.
• Assess and update resident care plans.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality of life for residents.
• Lead Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process and admissions assessments.
• Provide nursing care using the nursing process and age-appropriate standards.
